2. Purpose of processing

All Users are required to register a profile in order to use the Service. The User can be a natural or a legal person. The information will be used by Paulius to perform its Service and to manage and maintain the relationship with the User. The core feature of the Service is to facilitate contact between different Users of the Service so that a request can be handled by the Bringer undertaking the transportation service. The information is also used to take reasonable measures to verify the identity of Users. Parcolo may contact you at the email address specified in your profile with information about services and new offers from Parcolo.

1. directly from the User;
2. from the Facebook profile or any other social media site, of the User; and
3. by the website from cookies.
By providing the personal data the User consents to Parcolo’s processing of the data according to this Privacy Policy.
5. Disclosure of personal data
Personal data will be disclosed to the extent necessary to facilitate contact between different Users of the Service so that a request can be handled by the Bringer undertaking to perform the transportation service.
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless the following applies:
1. The User provides his or her consent;
2. Parcolo is required to disclose the information by law or by an order issued by a competent authority;
3. In the event that Parcolo sells or buys any business or asset, Parcolo may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; and
4. if Parcolo itself, or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party in which case personal data held by it about customers will be one of the transferred assets.
6. Access, correction and deletion of Personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to request access to the information we have stored about you as well as requesting that we correct any erroneous information we have stored about you. Correction of personal data may also be done by logging into the User profile. Users are obliged to keep information accurate and complete. The User must report any changes in its registration data to Parcolo without undue delay.
Upon termination of this Agreement, Parcolo will delete within a reasonable period of time, all personal data, unless storage is required by law or necessary to complete a transaction in accordance with this Agreement.
7. Security
Parcolo has implemented technical and organizational measures to reasonably protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.
